1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using NotifyTV ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, do not use the App. These terms apply to both the NotifyTV Mobile App and NotifyTV TV App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use NotifyTV. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Description of Service

NotifyTV is a cross-device notification sharing service that allows users to mirror selected phone notifications to an Android TV. The service operates over local network connections and provides features including selective app forwarding, privacy controls, and multi-device support.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your local network and paired devices
You must have the right to access and share notifications from apps on your device
You are responsible for managing privacy settings, especially in shared viewing environments
You must not use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
You are responsible for ensuring all users in a shared household are aware of active notification sharing

5. Notification Access Permission

NotifyTV requires the Android Notification Listener permission to function. By granting this permission, you authorize the App to read notification data from selected applications and transmit it to your paired TV device. You may revoke this permission at any time through your device settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of NotifyTV, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and user interface design, are owned by NotifyTV or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimers

NotifyTV is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Notification delivery depends on network conditions, device compatibility, and system permissions that are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NotifyTV and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, business interruption, or missed notifications resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NotifyTV at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your devices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website or through the App. Your continued use of NotifyTV after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
